Important Annoucement:

Merger and rebrand of three of the UK’s leading healthcare providers to form a connected health service

Vita Health Group formed over the past 3 years, and comprises of three leading UK healthcare providers, each with their own proven track-record and reputation within the physical and mental healthcare industry, namely:

RehabWorks
(mental and physical health provider; established 1987)

Workplace Wellness
(mental health provider; established 1989)

Crystal Palace Physio Group
(physical health provider; established 1998)

The Group has been formed to combine the strengths and expertise of each of the individual entities, with an overall objective to becoming the UK’s leading provider of physical and mental health services. We are delighted to be rebranding with a fresh new name and look. Vita Health Group will replace our previous brand name/s from the 1st of July 2019.
