Cécile Pontier joined ARCHIMED in 2018 as a consultant and was appointed as a Partner in 2021. She is a member of ARCHIMED’s Management Committee, and co-leads ARCHIMED’s operation including investment staffing.
She is also Head of HR, overseeing the HR and the MedSearch team for ARCHIMED and its companies.
Cécile brings over 20 years of experience in human resources management from various industries such as healthcare, banking and telecommunications.
