Claims Handling Policy
CLAIM PROCESSING
Pursuant to regulatory requirements, ARCHIMED has set up a claims handling policy.
ARCHIMED undertakes to acknowledge receipt of all claims within 2 business days, and to provide a response within a maximum period of 10 business days from the date the client submitted the claim, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances.
You may submit your claim via:

- Postal mail at ARCHIMED SAS- Silex2– 9 Rue des Cuirassiers- 69003 Lyon.
THE AMF OMBUDSMAN
Every customer has the right to escalate their claims to the AMF Ombudsman if they believe their concern has not been addressed adequately. You can contact the independent mediator of the AMF through the online form at www.amf-france.org/en/amf-ombudsman.
